Volunteers
Prospective Volunteers at MPE
Volunteers 10 days or less per month, need the following to be processed(this includes those who wish to volunteer to chaperone on a field trip):
- Volunteer Form
- Proof of TB Test
- Records check
More than 10 days a month- Volunteers must provide the following to be processed:
- Volunteer Form
- TB test–within the last four years provide a copy to District Office/Classified Personnel and work site.
- Current drivers license(name matches social security card)
- Social Security Card or number(name matches drivers license)
- Volunteer fingerprint clearance from Classified Human Resources.
Prospective Volunteer are to bring the above items to Classified Personnel Office Room 6.
Office hours are: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. (Fingerprint appointments must be made before 4:00 pm)
District office will schedule a fingerprint appointment (will not be same day). Once you have completed processing packet you will be required to wait for your fingerprint clearance before you may begin volunteering at the assigned school site.
